We are a 501 (c)(3) Florida Not-For-Profit organization.

bullet

We are managed by a President and Board of Directors. We have an active Advisory Council. The Advisory Council members are recognized experts in their areas of practice, such as Theology, Canon Law, Civil Law and Church Ministry.

bullet
Since we are a private organization, we have been formed under the rights of associations in the Catholic Church. We do not seek the permission of the Archbishop of Miami to hold meetings or publicize information we gather.
bullet
We are a transparent organization of Catholics who have serious concerns about the financial and liturgical practices of the Archdiocese of Miami. Because of these concerns, we share factual information freely with our membership, Council of Advisors and the media. The Archdiocese of Miami is advised of all communications which directly relate to actions or policies of the archdiocese.
